You are answering questions which no-one was asking. Ho Hum.
Do you have an interest to declare, Paul? BT staffer, perhaps ?
The point - which you have deliberately skated over - is that people who
had chosen to keep their WiFi access closed, or had disabled it
completely, have been opted in as Openzone and FON access points.
