check line

hi,

im new to this adsl malarky, is there a website that i can use to confirm
whether my line has been enabled for ADSL also is there any way i can test
it using a phone to make sure, i cant get any connection to tescos broadband
that ive just installed

Replace x with your account number (2 letters 8 numbers) and y with your
phone number.
