Chat-Room on Masquerade

Iam Masquerading on Redhat 8.0 with clients are 5 windows2000 and it
works without any problem. I want to use a chatroom over these 5
clients locally. Could you advice me what chat program (server?) (IRC
like) that must be installed on Redhat box? Note that I am using a
dynamics DNS server. Thank you for your helps.
