changing servers

We have several pcs (Win98se) which are taken to various places and
connected to their servers.
Instead of keep changing the IP address, Gateway, subnet etc etc., can I
set up more than one "account" and save it so that it is easy to switch
between them?

I was thinking, for example, of going to Network / Configuration and adding
several TCP/IP D-Links and setting the different parameters for each.
Will this work? I don't want to screw up the present setting.

Many thanks,

Jeff

What you propose won't work, but a utility like NetSwitcher will. Search
Google.com or Download.com for network configuration utilities.
