Changing password to connect to a computer in my work group

When I try to connect to a computer in my work group. It
ask for a password....but I forgot the password to
connect to that computer. Is there any way I can chage
the password

THat password is set in the OS on that computer & so without even
knowing What OS is supplying the password we can't even try to help you.

Although you might be a bit better off asking in a newsgroup about that
OS though.
