Changing IP schema of whole network

Due to a new Cisco network infrastructure, we need to change our internal IP
address schema from 10.1.1.x to 192.168.10.x. What are the instant
ramifications of changing the IP addresses of our primary and secondary
domain controllers? I would assume we will have to go into DHCP and DNS of
the PDC afterward and do a little tweaking, but are there any gotchas we
need to look out for? Anything subtle we would have to change somewhere,
like the registry or other services? I am afraid of lingering connectivity
issues after such a wholesale change.

Thanks!
