You don't need to go to each workstation. However, assuming you use static IP for the printers, you may need to change them too. good luck!

We are changing IP Addresses on all of our servers. Basically, moving
to different policy based network. My NetAdmin asked me to see any
unforeseen issues when changing IP Addresses on all of our servers.
Here is our infrastructure for understanding purpose.
Single domain/2 sites/All 2K3/400 Users:
Site A: 2 DC/GC (DC1&DC2), DC1 also an AD DNS.
Site A: 1 DHCP
Site A: 1 Print Server
Site B: 1 DC/GC/DNS
As far as I understand, I can change the IP on DC1, restart net logon
service and restart DC1. This should update my DNS, do the same on my
DN in Site B. I also need to change DNS info on my DHCP Scope with
correct new IP. Now, since I'm using DHCP and all of my clients get
DNS's IP from DHCP, do I have to visit each client and manually
change the DNS IP address on all of my DHCP Clients?
