Changing Default Gateway

I have a single NIC Server 2003 Standard Server - Build 3 days ago. Build on
a 10.16.0.0/16 subnet and joined to a DC on that same subnet.

Moved DC and Server to 192.168.0.0/24 subnet. DC working fine. Member
server will regularly loose the 192.168.0.1 default gateway and revert to the
10.16.0.2 default gateway from previous subnet.

Have edited the registry and changed ALL 10.16.0.2 entries to 192.168.0.1.
Even did this on the DC. Uninstalled the NIC & Re-installed. Thought I had
it whipped, but today it did the same thing and went back to a 10.16.0.2
subnet.

Any Ideas?

Do you have a GPO with these settings? Is it hardcoded anywhere in the
client? Possibly RRAS?

RRAS is not running on any server.

Client has 1 static ip configured only, which is the one that keeps
changing. The other NICs in the machine are configured for dhcp and
disabled, anyway.

GPO's are used for basic control, but no IP information is applied with GPO.

The only time I ever remembered someone else having this issue was based on
a GPO providing the gateway. Otherwise I would think a VPN, RRAs or
something else.

Search the registry for that IP address and see where it comes up.
