I just moved and would like to change the base computer
(desktop directly connected to the base station) but I
can't find out how to do this? Do I do a complete system
restore?

Connect it to the router & uninstall the BNU on all wired computers
while you are at it. Also I recommend uninstalling the BNU on all
Windows XP & windows 2003 computers as well since they really don't need
the software either.
