Change Win98 Logon Domain

I have about 800 win98 Workstation to change from a
Windows NT40 Domain Logon to another Windows 2000 Domain
logon .

Is there anywhere I can change this Domain logon in a
faster and easier way, maybe like registry or something ?

All the win98 machine is scattered is different location
and if I suppose to change the Domain logon manually , it
will be killing.

There are several third party registry programs out there that will snapshot
your registry. If you do a before and after snapshot of one PC that you
change manually, you can determine the registry keys that were changed.
Then write a script to push out.

I use Advanced Registry Tracer for stuff like this.
