What steps I need to take to change Schema Master from one Domain to another.
Right now I have it on DC1 which is on VMware (Virtual Server) but want to
change it to DC2. Right now I don't have the option to add Schema Master on
DC2. Do I need to remove first from DC1? Would it be ok to remove first and
then would I get option to add on DC2?

Your question makes no sense. You can't move the schema master from one
domain to another. If you are talking about moving it from one domain
controller to another, if the original holder of the role will NEVER be
brought back online you can "seize" the Schema master and domain naming
master. But do this ONLY if the original holder will never come back online.
