How to change NIC / LAN Connection Order?

I have 3 network cards in a server.

The 'connection' order (in Network Connections, Advanced, Advanced
Settings) is :

Local Area Connection 3
Local Area Connection 2
Local Area Connection

I can manually change the order of this so that a particular issue i
have is resolved.

We deploy our servers automatically using ADS, so i'd like to know if
there a way of changing the order of the NICs using a command based
tool (e.g. like NETSH) or something like VBS.
