Your description is like your grammer and punctuation, opaque.
I certainly have no idea what you want to do.
Usually on a cable modem, it is your ISP that assigns your IP addresses.
YOu cannot change them without the agreement of your ISP.
And then there is a website coming into the mix. The website has to know
how to send stuff back to you so needs to know your IP address, or maybe
that of an annonymizing router along the way.
I have no idea if your ISP will give you a new IP if you unplug your system
for a day. They would not on mine, they connect the IP to the MAC address.
So, in short, discuss it with your ISP.
