Your description is like your grammer and punctuation, opaque.
I certainly have no idea what you want to do.
Usually on a cable modem, it is your ISP that assigns your IP addresses.
YOu cannot change them without the agreement of your ISP.
And then there is a website coming into the mix. The website has to know
how to send stuff back to you so needs to know your IP address, or maybe
that of an annonymizing router along the way.

I have no idea if your ISP will give you a new IP if you unplug your system
for a day. They would not on mine, they connect the IP to the MAC address.

So, in short, discuss it with your ISP.

Have you tried power cycling the modem to see? I know that with a lot of
DSL modems - if they power cycle then the ISP assigns a new address.

There are many anonymizing proxies that you can use. The website will
see the IP of the proxy.

Apparently you are not here for help since you erased all mention of your
problem from this response.
I looked at this email to see (from the title) whether I could help.
Clearly no help is wanted.

In case you are a newbie at this
a) noone but you has memorized all previous entries to this thread. You
must quote enough so a new comer to the thread knows what it is about.
And those newcomers will NOT spend the time going back through the thread
to find the back posts to figure out what it was you wanted.
b) YOu are anonymous. People are not reacting to you since they do not know
you. Ignore the "wise ass" comments, and try to keep yourself on track.
