We are moving from one location to another. In the process we will be
changing IP Addresses. Is there anything that I need to be aware of or do
when changing the IP Address of a server (domain controller)? This server is
running Wins, DNS and DHCP.

Thank you.

What IP addressing scheme are you using? If you are using private IPs,
you don't need to change anything on the private LAN. Only the public IPs
outside your firewall/router need to change.

We are using internal, private IP addresses. The server does not have an
external IP address.

Then you do not need to worry about changing anything on your local LAN.
The only change will be on the outside of your gateway router/firewall.

So, just changing the IP Address, DNS and WINS on the DC is all that needs to
be done? Will there be any issues when this is done with WINS, DNS since the
old IP address will still be in the WINS and DNS databases?

What IP address does your DC have? If it is a private IP address you do
not need to change it at all.
