How to change hostname on a Server 2003?

Hi..

I'm running a Windows Server 2003 as a mailserver. But
the hostname is set to "application". This results in
that emails bounce from some ISP providers with the error
message: "Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified
hostname"

Now i'm trying to change this to a valid hostname ex,
www.mydomain.com

But i dunno where to do this. Anyone that can help me
with this issue?

Leave the machine name alone. It has nothing to do with it.

The error is normal and means that this was spam that was not including a
proper domain name with the "HELO" SMTP command. SMTP server requires a
proper FQDN in the HELO command such as:

"HELO mydomain.com"

It doesn't have anything to do with what you call your machine.
