Challenging wireless network setup

I need some help figuring out how to implement my wireless network.

I have the following:

- SBS2003 RC (i want this to act as DHCP server for my LAN)
- built-in 1000mbps NIC
- Linksys Wireless A+G PCI NIC

- Windows XP (will be client to SBS 2003 domain)
- built-in 1000mbps NIC
- Linksys Wireless A+G PCI NIC

- APC Smart-UPS 700 NET
- 10/100 NIC

- HP OfficeJet 7110
- Linksys Wireless 802.11b NIC

- Windows 2000 laptop
- built-in 10/100 NIC
- Linksys Wireless PCMCIA A+G NIC

two routers:
- Linksys 4 port 10/100 router (previously i used it with DSL)

- Linksys Wireless A+G Broadband router with 4 10/100 ports.


How can i configure a LAN where the SBS 2003 is the DHCP server
for the :
- Windows XP desktop
- APC SU700Net
- HP OfficeJet Wireless

the laptop WILL NOT be part of the SBS network.

How do i setup this environment and allow all devices access the Internet?
