Dear All,

Hope anyone can give me a hand.

I just bought an ACER laptop with Centrino. I am using a Linksys wireless
router. I am running Win XP Home edition.

When I power on my laptop and I can get a message that the network is
available and I can see "Linksys" with excellent signals. But no data is
received. And the internet is not working because no network connection is
established. I don't understand !!

Anyone can help?? Very much appreciated.

Bob

I had a similar situation with my Thinkpad vs. USR 8054 when I didn't have
WEP set up the same on the laptop and the router. I had "This key is
provided for me automatically" checked. Once I unchecked it, it was fine.
