Centrino laptop and PCCard usage....any conflicts?

My Dell Latitude D400 comes with built in Centrino but I bought an
Orinoco card to hookup with a Cantennae for longer range access. Must
I disable anything in my Bios to avoid any conflic or just plug the
card in and run it's configuration utility?

With my Centrino Sony Vaio I can disable/enable the inbuilt Wi-Fi in the
network settings and my Orinoco work fine - and is Netstumbler compatible,
unlike the Intel.
