Also very poor at my end. Since signing up last February, my 2Mbs connection
has been consistently good until Christmas. Since then, the average measured
line speed has dropped by over 25%.
Today, the connection here at midday was just as you describe it. Perhaps
Telefonica are twiddling their network. Whatever it is, if it's not sorted
soon, market forces will take over and move me elsewhere.
