CAT 5 A or B colour scheme ?

About to wire up 3 rooms with CAT5 cable for a network.
Anyone know the standard for UK ? is it the A or B colour scheme?

I think A uses Green / GW on pins 1 and 2 and B uses Orange /OW.

It obviously doesn't matter as long as the whole system is the same
but I was wondering what convention the pros use.

For patch leads: 1 and 2 Orange/OW at both connectors, or Green/GW on
the one connector for a crossover cable. Otherwise Orange/OW for 1 and
2.
