He sited in this ng that he has over 28,000 hits saying "thanks" for the
fine work he does answering questions. A quick check of just the first
page of these "hits" shows that most of these "hits" have nothing to do
with him at all but show hits from mariah carey etc. This buffoon can't
even do a Google search with any accuracy let alone give networking
advice.
This is not a ng to just try to give idle ideas away. People come here in
dire need of help and don't want some guy that just likes to see his
website get some hits.

Google search he offered:

8&q=thank+you+carey&sa=N&tab=wg

I guess he's just trying to help but he does seem a bit pushy and tunnel-
visioned by constantly giving the same web address time after time. I
think we have it, don't you?
As for his google listings, he does need a quick lesson on searching.
Carey, just because you typed in carey holzman and thank you doesn't mean
every hit pertains to you. TO prove the point, type in carey holzman no
thank you and you get over 300 hits. GIGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heheheh.. that's actually funny. No one has ever said "no thank you."

They have said no, and they have said thank you. Put it in quotes and try
again.

If people didn't keep asking the same questions, then I would agree with
you.

The answers to those questions are resolved on my web-page. Why type them
over and over?

Actually, I used to put the entire document to each reply and people thought
it was taking too much space up and requested that I make it a link. So,
after consideration, I did just that. With over 100 flattering guest book
entries, and over 200 emails from people all over the world thanking me
(including an employee from Microsoft), it makes me feel good to know I am
helping others.

So, you can imagine how I feel when someone I don't know starts to attack me
just because I was trying to help.

But I know from the constant appreciation I receive from people who have
utilized the help I offer, that it's worth my while and I'll continue to do
it for that reason. If someone is a regular on this board, they can simply
filter or ignore my posts. It's not really a big deal and it's not causing
any harm.

Carey

Hey, I'm sticking up for you. The only thing I questioned was the google

Thanks,
