I have an HP All-In ONe Printer. It did everything fine until I got a new
router. I tis wireless. Now, I can't get the memory card reader to work.
It prints and scans just fine. When I go to transfer photos. I get a
message that it is not Connected. I cannot map the Network for some reason
and HP tells me that it is a network issue. The router manufacturere says it
isn't them, that it must be windows. Hope somebody can help.

Hi,

Before doing this please disable firewalls, anti virus, spyware.

The steps below include other formatting suggestions.

1. Turn on the printer and obtain the IP address and name of the unit. This
can be obtained by printing a network configuration page
2. Right click on My Computer, then left click on Map Network Drive.

3. Assign the drive to whatever letter the customer would like.
4. In the Folder field type “\\<name of the printer>\Memory_Card” (do not
use quotation marks) DO NOT use Browse
5. Put a check mark in the box to the left of Reconnect at logon
Hit the Finish button to complete the mapping

Here is some information on steps to print a Network Configuration Page in
different models:

OJ 7400 : Press SETUP then press 8 and then 1 and again press 1.

OJ 7300 : Press SETUP then press 8 and then 1 and again press 1.

OJ 7200 : Press SETUP then press 8 and then 1 and again press 1.
