It bothers me that the guy is calling this a Yagi, when it is not.
I made a few of these, using various can sizes. I might guess that this is
the "3lb" coffee can. Cost to do it yourself? A USB adpater of your
choice, and some cable. $52 might not be a bad deal, but you don't know
what's inside. This is a USB connection, not an RF connection, which has
its own benefits.

That is not the pringles antenna, it's a a commercially built unit from
www.cantenna.com, available at Radio Shack, CompUSA, etc. $49.99 at
Radioshack. On sale for $39 at cantenna.
The cable alone is worth the starting eBay bid, isn't it?
