Can't view certain web pages

I've recently set up a wireless dsl connection with bellsouth. I have
the westall bellsouth dsl modem and an Adeptec Wireless router.
Everything has been set up to the best of my knowledge and I am able
to log onto the internet and view many pages. However there are
certain pages that I'm not able to view. Hotmail.com,
atlantafalcons.com to name a view. But I'm able to browse many others.
I've checked IE browser settings and I'm using IE6 with 128 bit
encryption. I've checked other security settings and everything seems
fine. Also I had this problem before and fixed it but forgot what I
did. I recently had to reset my wireless router and now the problem is
back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a firewall blocking the site or the site is down. What does
tracert or ping show?
