Can't telnet into BreezeAccess II SU-NI-BD-2.4 (Part #: 824704)

Hello everyone.. I am having a you-know-what of a time telnetting into
my Breezecom BreezeAccess II SU-NI-BD-2.4 (Part #: 824704).. I have its
IP address and SNMP config, and the telnet worked for ONE session, but
ever since then it doesn't work.. It connects for a split second then
disconnects. I have tried this from multiple computers, all set to
VT100 emulation, just not sure where to go with this, so any help would
be greatly appreciated! One more thing, I don't have a Console Cable,
but it seems more and more like that is what I'm going to have to buy
next.. any emails or comments would be pleasing to go to: ichoosedeath
