Can't share win 2003's internet

My win 2003 server connects to a usb modem which accesses internet.

I have a router (not ADSL router)

How can I share the internet with other two laptop , one is XP professional,
one is xp home?

Does the router have additional LAN ports? Or you may buy a switch?

You don't really need a router. Server 2003 can do that. All you need is
a hub/switch. If the XP machines are plugged into a hub/switch, plug the NIC
of the server into the same one.

Now configure ICS or RRAS/NAT on the server to allow the the LAN
machines to share the server's internet connection.
