Cant share files/printer via Win2K (host) and XP Pro SP2

I have set up my wireless where Win 2k has the wireless router - Actiontec
704wg attached. I have wireless card on the XP Pro pc.
The machine names are different. Teh workgroup is the same.
IP is like: 192.168.0.1 for router
Win 2k: 192.168.0.2 & XP is 192.168.0.3
I can hit the internet with both just fine.
I have a folder where sharing is allowed for Everyone and Full rights. I
have similar for printer I want to share.
I can ping each computer and router using the IP address but not the name
address.
I want to be able to see in Network Neighborhood and share files, transfer
files and share printers.
I eventually want to add an additional 5 computers to the mix but after I
get this figured out.
One or two of these extra PC will be used for file location/storage.

Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what is allowed
to be shared.

Thanks. I have the ezlan link bookmarked and will review it and give it a shot.
I sur ehope it works as there are tons of us out there that have similar
problems with shareing files and printers.
