Can't share drives or printers out.

When I try to share out a drive or a printer I get an
error that says: You cannot view the list of users at this
time. Please try again later... This is a Windows 98
machine. I can see the other computers on the network and
I can see this one. Thanks

You need to use share-level sharing unless you are on a Windows NT/2000
domain.
