Can't select Capisuite driver for ISDN card (CC HFC 2BDS0) on SuSE 9.0

Hi,
I've installed the above mentioned ISDN card with the hisax driver. I'd like
to change that and want to use the CapiSuite driver for fax functions. But
the pull-down menu is greyed out. Capisuite is installed. Are there
services running that I have to stop?
