I cant seem to navigate where I want to solve my email problem

I cant sent email from my outlook express - I keep getting
an error message one of the number is 800420CA I was
trying to send a picture to someone - and in checking
further 40 messages I've wanted to send have not been sent
because of this error. what do I check? The yahoo mail
seems okay but some sites you reply to go thru outlook
express and that is where I can't send email.

Lee, you should ask your question in an Outlook Express newsgroup, or
contact your ISP to see if they have a size limitation on files. You may
also have a corrupt user account.

On Outlook check the Tools/Account. Make sure you are
using the correct and a fully qualified server name for
the SMTP outgoing-mail server (e.g. mail.yahoo.com and
not simply mail). You can get the proper settings by
asking your ISP.
