Can't see other computers on Network

I have 3 PCs linked to an MN-100 router.

All three are running SPsp2.

All three are able to access the internet without a
problem.

None of them can be seen on the workgroup, thus I am
unable to share printers and files.

I have used the set up a network connection and enabled
file and printer sharing, but to no success.

What am I missing?
