W98 on one computer.
XT Home on the other.
Linksys router with Internet.
Both computers see the Internet.
Both computers cam ping each other.
BUT I cant see either computer from the other.
Both computers set up for full sharing.
AND.... IT USED TO WORK. NOW IT DOESNT!
Do I smell a virus?
or did I push the wrong button somewhere?

Thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortunately, I am not able to fully follow your well-
written and explicit instructions on resetting the network
(tip #1) because there is a missing element one of the
setup screens that I encounter. Namely, under TCP/IP,
Advanced Tab, show only "none" in the Property: box, where
you said to set "Allow BInding to ATM" to 'NO.'
Also, when I reboot, I get a message (in DOS) that
says "NWLINK.VXD" is missing.

Do I need to reload W98?

Stragger.

Not at all. Just follow each step and if there is something not available on
your PC, move on to the next step.
