Hi Dave
Since you set the printer in 3 different way and its not working it
means that something is wrong with workstation setup, I assuming that
other users can print. What OS are you using on workstation?
It could be problem with some additional software that the PCs are
using. Fax software, etc.
1.
Open queue -> Printer -> Pause Printing - if checked uncheck (sounds
silly but I had this problem couple of times)
2.
update drivers
3.
Remove any unused ports
Control Panel - Remove printer
cmd
net stop spooler
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS - remove any files in this directory
net start spooler
get the latest drivers
add printer and print test page
