Can't print from remote computers

I had to reload Win98 on #1 computer. I have three
computers connected via Linksys router/switch to a
wireless high speed internet. All computers can connect to
the internet and all three can see one another on the
network. Printer is connected to #1 computer and will
print from #1 computer. Other 2 computers cannot print to
printer and will lock up if you try. Also, accessing data
from the other computers sometimes slows way down or locks
up the computer. Worked fine before reloading Win98. Use
Sygate Personal Firewall on all 3 computers. All devices
and printers are shared on all computers, no passwords or
restrictions enabled. Did all critical updates from
Microsoft.
