Probably a borked router. I had this happen to me about 10 years ago,
to my webhost. I ended up just getting a different host because there
was a dead router in there dropping telnet traffic. They couldn't get
the person to fix it...
Of course in hindsight, you could be part of a blocked subnet due to
someone trying to hack from it!?
