Cant open Intel Wireless 9.0.1.0 Upg

For several days, I have downloaded this huge (43MB) file from Intel
ftp, but the file crashes when executed. WINRAR shows it as corrupted.
Has anyone else had the same experience? This file can be found at:

as "wireless_9.0.1.0_-_generic_TIC_90281.exe"
To be sure, I cleared out the previous rev (which works) and dumped
anything spurious that might interfere. Mysterious --- appears that
their ftp file is not right.

Appreciate if anyone else had the same problem --- or not!
