PLEASE HELP!!!

I have an XP client using a Cisco Cardbus wireless card. I can login locally
and get all the connections to the network etc.

When I try and login to the domain, i get "the domian is not available". I
have tried using the built-in NIC and can login successfully to the domain.

I have told XP not to manage my Wireless config and am using the Cisco ADU
to manage the card.

I have also made the wireless cards IP address a static one.
It seems like it cannot see the wireless card/network until someone logs in.
This is why I gave a static IP address in the first place.
ANY ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers, Graeme
