Can't log into network

I am trying to network and map a couple of computers
together. When I check the computers in our workgroup from
the 2003 server I can see all of the computers in the
group. However, from the workstations I am unable to see
any other computer in the group. What can I do to
eliminate this blind condition. Can you help reslove?

The server is running MS Server 2003 and the workstations
are running W2k and xp pro.
