Can't get my base station configured

I have an MN-620 kit and I cant get it to configure my
base station. It keeps telling me to shut off my firewall
or reset the base station. I have done BOTH many times and
I still cannot get it to work. What else can I do?? please
help, I am pulling my hair out over this one...

Did you disabled the Widnows internal firewall (ICF)?
Also other firewalls such as Nortin and Zione Alarm must
be uninstalled and not just turned off (they still keep
running when turned off).

I have the MN-500 and have the exact same problem...I
have no firewall on my system and ICF is not enabled in
WindowsXP what else in windows. I did not have this
problem when I had my linksys Befsr41 router installed.
