I have just set up a wirelass LAN using D-Link kit:
1 DI-614+ connected to cable modem + cable to 1 PC running Win XP Pro
2 Laptop running XP Home with DWL650+
3 PC running Win98SE with DWL520+

All connections work fine, I can share files etc between all PCs. I
can reach the Internet from #1 and #2 (I'm using the laptop to type
this).

My problem is with #3 - I can't make any connection to the Internet
using browser, email etc.
I have tried running the XP Network Setup program netsetup.exe (as
advised by the XP sharing wizard).
I have also made sure the TCP/IP Properties box is set to 'Obtain an
IP address automatically'.

Many reboots later, no joy. Any ideas as to what else I should try?

Regards
Ken

Did you go down to the Command Prompt and entered IPCONFIG to see if the
machine is getting a valid IP from the router?
