Hello Dave,
Probably you have as mail/news server only "mail" and "news". If not using
a router, this is enough while windows will apend automatically the so
called DNS-suffix. When you are behind a router, often windows does not do
this. Go to a cmd-box and type "ipconfig /all" (without the qoutes). Mark
the DNS-suffix and add this to your mail and news server (in the account
section of the options).
f.e. DNS-suffix = abc.def.provider.com --> mail.abc.def.provider.com
Success Harrie
