i cant finish installing my setup wizard,

it says that the setup wizard cant finish because it cant
run a DLL program, whats the problem?

Can you post the exact error. The exact errror will make the issue easier
to diagnose.

what operating system? disable anti virus and firewalls, try again.
please report the entire error message.
