Hi folks: I did have a working wireless internet connection on my laptop. I
tried to install a RadioLabs USB high power wireless system but the
installation hung. I can't uninstall the drivers or client software after I
sent the system back.
Now I can still connect via wireless to the internet but I can't talk to the
printer. The hard wired computers still can print.
I've completely removed all the HP 1022n drivers.
When I try to install the printer the printer cannot be found automatically.
I've even specified its address but no luck.
My system has two routers. A Speedstream wireless DSL which connects to a
second router into which plug all the computers and the printer. It all works
perfectly and the laptop used to talk to the printer in this configuration.
Even when I plug the printer into the Speedstream it cannot be found .
I've checked everything I can think of. The RadioLabs software seems to have
changed something - but what?
I'm running XP Prof, SP2 and all patches on a clean HP nx9010 laptop.
Anyone got any ideas please?
Thanks, Donald
