Hi all,
I can't seem to figure out how to find my Sato M-84 pro (thermal barcode
printer) on the network. I just bought a new Ethernet card from the
manufacturer of the printer and cannot get it to work. I’ve installed all
necessary drivers and hard wired it into the D-link router yet, still
nothing. How can I find the IP address of the printer or what should I do.
I’ve tried IPCONFIG but that will only give me the IP address to the
computer, not devices attached to the network (if it is connected). The
D-link utility at the router’s IP address is not helpful at all for this
problem nor are the XP utilities. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
