cant find "Map Network Drive" under tools

Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows
Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Map Network Drive. I dont have
the "map network drive". I have my win98 disk, any help
would be answered with prayers. I am guessing I have to
load something off the disk?
