Can't find Bluethooth Devices in control panel

Hello,

I cant find any bluetooth manager in my controlpanel, do I have to activate
this service ? I have a Fujitsu S7010 with bluethooth and Wlan, and in the
hardware list
I can see that my bluthooth device is working
