Running ICS on SBS is not supported. If you are using the Standard version
of SBS 2003, you should use the basic firewall included in Routing and
Remote Access. If you are using Premium, then you have ISA to work with to
provide the firewalling/NAT you require.

| sbs must be a domain controller, and you shouldn't run ICS on a DC.
Use
| NAT instead. ICS is just a cut-down version of NAT which cannot be
