can't enable accessories or other Windows Components

I unchecked several boxes to disable several Windows Components and did not
realize there were subdirectories. I would like to re-enable them, however,
it asks for a Windows XP Home disc. As this is a Toshiba OEM version I do
not have a disc. System Restore point is gone as well.
Anyway to enable those features? Tks, Gordon
