Can't disable internet security

I'm trying to add the MN-520 basestation to and existing
router.When it comes to the point that I need to disable
my internet security features, so that my basestation can
be programed, I can't figure out how to. I keep getting an
error message telling me that I need to "Disable my
security settings" and/or "Reset my basestation". It's
probably an easy fix, but I don't have the answer.

What operating system are you on? Are you using a third-party program such
as ZoneAlarm, or any Symantec (Norton) programs?
