Can't create trust from Win2003 to Win NT 4.0 Server

I try to create trust connection between Windows 2003
server to Windows NT 4.0 server but I get this 2 error
message.Can someone tell me want I did wrong & how the
correct way to create a trust.

First error:

The verification of the incoming trust failed with the
following error(s):
Unable to verify the new trust. The supplied credentials
were not adequate to complete the verification.
The outgoing trust has been verified. It is in place and
active.

Second error:

Verification of the trust between the domain TESTDOMAIN
and the domain
DoMAIN2 was unsuccessful because:The specified domain
either does
not exist or could not be contacted.

To repair a trust to a pre-Windows 2000 domain you must
remove and
re-add the trust on both sides

Please help me
